The American Music Awards were on ABC on November 20. Several celebrities showed off some of their best looks on the red carpet. Here’s a few of the best looks from that night:

Ariana Grande

“Artist of the Year” winner Ariana Grande stepped out in a lace bralette and Alexander McQueen  wide-leg pants. Along with this outfit she wore her signature ponytail, some peep-toe heels and a diamond necklace. The dark red lipstick she wore really pulled the outfit together.

Gigi Hadid

Host of the AMAs Gigi Hadid wore a gorgeous white Roberto Cavalli gown on the red carpet. The lace details were a really nice touch to the dress. This look is something anyone would expect from the model.

Daya

“Hideaway” singer showed off in her black pantsuit on the AMA red carpet. The pantsuit was paired with a black choker and a red and white clutch. Daya definitely stood out on the red carpet that night.

Fifth Harmony

The girl group showed up in all black dresses to the AMAs. The singers show how the little black dress will always be a classic. Each one of them shows off their unique style and individuality through their black dresses.

Nina Dobrev

Former “The Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev wore a chic silver and black two-piece to the American Music Awards. The silver checkered accents on the shorts and jacket match well with the strappy heels that she wore. It truly “suits” her

Niall Horan

Niall Horan wore a plaid and gray suit on the AMA red carpet. He also wore glasses which nicely compliment his outfit.  He is certainly making his mark during One Direction’s hiatus.

Jay Pharoah

“Saturday Night Live” star Jay Pharoah wore a sleek black suit to the award show last Sunday. A suit and tie is a classic and Jay Pharoah shows how it will never get old.

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez surely lit up the red carpet in her red Prada gown. Selena kept it simple but elegant in her gown. The diamond earrings she wore made the outfit even more beautiful.

Ciara

Ciara shows off her baby bump in a beautiful high-low gown. The contrast of black and white in the dress made the singer stand out from everyone else. The combination of the gown, gorgeous ring and side bangs truly made Ciara’s outfit one of the best from the AMA red carpet.

Bailee Madison

On the AMA red carpet, Bailee Madison wore a gorgeous sparkly pink dress.The metallic details against the pink fabric worked really well together.  She shined on the carpet!
