From March 4 to 6, Pascack Hills DECA members competed in Atlantic City for the state competition, where their weeks of preparation paid off. Thirteen dedicated members earned a spot at the renowned International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Orlando, Florida.
The ICDC will take place April 25-30, where over 19,000 students from all 50 states and several countries will attend.
To reach this point, members first underwent district-level competition at Ramapo College before advancing to state-level competition in Atlantic City. They will now go on to participate at the ICDC, displaying their skills in front of a national stage.
“We had an amazing showing again this year, and I am so proud of all of our members,” says DECA advisor Corin Gamgort.
Hills freshman Dylan Wolpov is among this year’s national qualifiers. He achieved this impressive milestone in his first year with the chapter.
