Hosting a Galentine’s party is a great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your friends. Here are some ideas for fun activities that you and your guests can do!
Rhinestones canvas:
For this project, your friends can design their own image on a canvas and glue colorful rhinestones over it! The canvases can then be brought home and used as decoration.
The items needed are blank canvases, rhinestones of any color or size, super glue, wax pencils (a tool to apply the rhinestones), and regular pencils to trace your design.
Bae basket:
This activity is very similar to Secret Santa! Each party guest will randomly pick a friend’s name, and then get that person a “bae basket.” The gifts in the basket will consist of items that the person likes and items could even be Valentine’s Day themed too. It’s important to pick names a couple of weeks before, and the actual gift exchange would happen on the day of your Galentine’s party.
Custom sunglasses:

In this project, your friends will be able to design their own sunglasses! They can glue different colors or shaped beads onto the frames. To stick with the valentine’s day theme; get mainly red, pink, and white beads! You can also get letter beads to spell out words on the glasses! The glasses’ frames could be heart-shaped too. The materials needed are super glue, plastic beads, and plastic sunglasses of any color or shape.
Bring a board:

In this activity, each guest will bring a different themed food board for everyone at the party to share! For example, one person could bring a tray of chips with different dips and flavors. Some other ideas could be candy, pasta or fruits. The boards could be drinks as well, such as soda or a Shirley temple. Guests can also team up for this activity and multiple people could bring one board!
Trivia with prize board:
In this game, you can create funny trivia questions for your friends to answer! If they get one right, they get a prize. But here’s what’s different, the small prizes will be in solo cups and tapped to a board. The cups will have paper over the top and each guest will have to break through the paper to get a prize! The items needed for this are markers, solo cups, tissue paper, glue, and a poster board.
With these activities, you’re now ready to host an amazing Galentines party. Whether you do one or all of these activities, your friends will definitely have a great time!
