Media: Racial equity march held in Woodcliff Lake on Saturday
The Trailblazer took photos and videos at the event and interviewed protesters.
On Saturday, protesters for racial equity from around the Pascack Valley region marched from Woodcliff Lake borough hall to the Woodcliff Lake train station. Speakers from the area, including members of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community, spoke at the event, covering topics including the killing of George Floyd, the recent mascot removal at Hills and Valley, and efforts to achieve racial equity.
