Alexandra Kreindel is a Pascack Hills alumna from the Class of 2020. While at Hills, Kreindel formed many relationships with teachers, students, and staff. She took many classes to grow her academics and leadership and learning schools. In 2020, Kreindel committed to the University of Michigan.

“I love the location being in Ann Arbor because it feels like a busy college town, which is what I knew I wanted,” she explained.

At the University of Michigan, Kreindel majors in graphic design in the School of Stamps, which is the art school on campus. She described her career goal after she graduates.

“My dream is to create art for big companies, whether it is making graphic designs for a magazine, [advertisement], or animation in a movie or T.V. show,” she said.

During her time at Hills, Kreindel had a job at Timber Lake Camp as a counselor and had a custom shoe making business, Kicks my Kreindel. While at University of Michigan she continued her time at the camp and worked on her shoe business.

Kreindel is in a sorority at Michigan, Alpha Epsilon Phi, (commonly known as AEPhi). In this sorority, she made many lifelong friends and memories.

“I love it because for me it’s the ideal balance between work and social life…it’s really great to have a lot of different relationships,” she said.

Kreindel hopes to grow as a designer and pursue her dreams and take what she learned at Hills and the University of Michigan.
