Metabolism-Boosting Drinks:
First thing in the morning, have a glass of water with about half of a lemon and even a little bit more for flavor. The secret is to add a dash of apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon that’s good for your blood sugar and apple slices for sweetness. Put this drink in the fridge overnight and it will kick start your metabolism in the morning!

Healthy Protein Shakes:
Protein is one of the essential nutrients for the body so if you don’t have enough, your metabolism will not be as fast as it should be. Take almond milk, one banana, almond butter and half- scoop of Quest Nutrition Protein Powder, blending that up and enjoying a nice shake. Power walking is absolutely amazing for your cardiovascular system and you can spend time with your dog if you have one and enjoy a beautiful view!
