    Got Music?

On February 13, 2013, the Tri- M Music Honors Society instrumentalists, consisting of students 10th to 12th grade, performed a number of well-known pieces in the PHHS auditorium.

Avantika Joshi, Patrick Kavanagh, Paige Alenick, Iliza Smith, Alyssa McGraw, and Michael Vercellone, all in choir, sang to an appreciative audience that evening.

The band members of the Tri- M Honors Society, consisting of Kelly Gao, Melanie Lerch, Robert Kwark, Gabrielle Liriano, Ji-Yun (Ginny) Lee, Senyoung Kim, Maddie Margulies, and Corey Lacher, played wonderful music, taking advantage of the unique sounds of each instrument.

Mrs. Margarita Elkin, the choral director and the Tri-M Advisor, was especially happy to practice with these bright students, and even accompanied the musicians during this mini-concert.

This year, seven seniors received their pink honor chords along with a certificate that acknowledged their love for music and participation in the Tri-M Music Honors Society.
